OC in HS Again

It's pretty obvious that this is merely a temporary jail until the children are eligible for actual prisons:
  • Chicago police and fire crews responded Tuesday morning to a pepper spray incident at Morgan Park High School on the Far South Side that sent 11 students to hospitals.

Crews were called to the school, 1744 W. Pryor Ave., about 10:20 a.m., officials said.

Eleven students were taken to hospitals including MetroSouth Medical Center, Roseland Community Hospital and Little Company of Mary Hospital, according to Fire Department spokesman Larry Merritt. None was seriously injured, according to CPS officials.
But since this is Cook County, there will be no consequences for the criminal behavior.
